I wrote out where I want to be December 31, 2019. From this, I will work with making small, daily changes to meet these goals. Mind, to me, in my life, refers to emotions. Body refers to anything material - body, finances, travel, and so on. Soul refers to my spiritual progression. I have created the book and now I find that I am kind of excited for the New Year. Who would have thought it?? I wish you all a great New Year's Eve - 'See you in 2019'
New Years' celebrations have never been my 'thing'. I don't know if that is because I didn't like change or I just wasn't into staying up so late. So I'm not incredibly excited about tonight. I also have had my share of resolution breaking in the past so for many years I didn't make resolutions either. I had this same "resolution" this year - not to make resolutions but something has been urging me to journal my life changes for this new year. I dragged out a journal and created three headings - mind, body and soul. I have 'resolved' to fill in this chart daily so at the end of the year I can see any progression as we often think that we have not progressed when in fact we have.
