"A belief is nothing more than a chronic pattern of thought, and you have the ability - if you try even a little bit - to begin a new pattern, to tell a new story, to achieve a different vibration, to change your point of attraction."

"It's as if the world around us is one huge mirror and it's reflecting every thought we've had, every emotion we've felt and every action we've taken. Our outer world is a huge reflection of our inner beliefs and the beliefs of those surrounding us in our life."
Kyle Gray What meaning are you giving to things that are happening in your life? Do you look at what is happening from a factual point of view or from a perspective based on your past, your beliefs and your biases? Become aware of the meaning that you are assigning to events in your life.
In addition to surrendering your thoughts, you might try to spend a few moments each day writing down your thoughts. Are there any that repeat? Are they thoughts that judge or compare? Are they thoughts about what is going wrong? or Are they positive thoughts that uplift your day? Try to see a pattern. If they are somewhat negative, try to discover what the origin of these thoughts may be. Do they come from your childhood? from a past relationship? Awareness is important to begin to heal.
Interestingly, when you decide to become aware of and write down your thoughts, often they calm down for a bit. Try this for the next few days: whenever a disturbing thought comes to your mind, say to yourself in your mind, or under your breath, "I surrender this". If the thought continues to pop up, continue to surrender it. When you aren't fighting or entertaining your thoughts, they tend to float away.
"When you stop and tell the truth, so much energy becomes available to you - energy that can be used to live the life you want."
Nancy Levin "I like to imagine the mind as a garden. If you leave a garden untended, it will begin to grow wild in certain areas. There will be weeds, and many of the beautiful flowers will wilt and fade away. But if you take the time to look after the garden by fertilizing the soil, planting new seeds and encouraging growth in the areas that have been bare, you will begin to see the rewards of your commitment."
Kyle Gray "The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle."
